All orders placed with Divine Gallery are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once shipped, customers will receive relevant shipment or tracking details, wherever applicable.

For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipping, excluding Sundays and holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service availability, and unforeseen external factors.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our direct control.
